Scenario Seven draws inspiration from the highest levels of all sports where engineering teams and athletes work in tandem to create record breaking performances. Parts are designed with a very specific goal and user in mind instead seeking mass market appeal.
Scenario Seven’s goal is to combine a lifetime of personal experience with both bicycle racing and engineering design to offer top-notch custom engineering to anyone looking to maximize their cycling potential.
Scenario Seven has created a process for fabricating unique, custom engineered carbon fiber cycling parts tailored specifically to you and your needs.

Step 1: Consultation
We will discuss your needs from your new aerobars. Including the basics of your riding position and the bike and other components you will be using.
Step 2: Quotation
I calculate a price and estimated schedule for the remaining steps. This will include a rough concept design based on previous Scenario Seven designs and a complete scope of work detailing all features of your aerobars.
Step 3: Measurement
I measure your current aerobars, reach, pad location, pad orientation, grip location, grip orientation, pad dimensions, (bring your bike to us or ship your current aerobars to us pre-adjusted to your required position.) 50% non-refundable deposit is required at this time.
Step 4: Fit Check
I will send a 3D printed version of your aerobars to you for a fit check. You have the opportunity to connect this prototype to your bike to make sure you are satisfied with the fit. Standard price includes two prototype iterations to dial it in exactly to your needs. Additional 3D printed iterations can be arranged at an additional cost of $150 per round.
Step 5: Fabrication
Once you approve your prototype, we create your final aerobars from multiple types and forms of carbon fiber using our proprietary processes to create a highly dimensionally accurate and 100% custom part.
Step 6: Installation
Your new bars will be drop-in replacements for the stock components. Installation is straight forward and simple for riders or their local bike shop.
Step 7: Modifications, Replacements and Duplications
All later modifications, replacements or duplications are 50% or less than the original fee. We keep the data to recreate your molds at any time!
What makes Scenario Seven Aerobars unique:
You can order a mass-produced aero bar. Sure, it may be less expensive, and it may arrive right off the shelf. But custom carbon fiber aerobars are custom tailored to your exact position. They are more aerodynamic, streamlined, and look great.
The custom aerobar market is heating up in many parts of the world but few choices are available in America. There is no one creating aerobars quite like Scenario Seven with a perfect combination of engineering design, CAD precision and handmade craftsmanship.
Other custom aerobars are made in a primarily manual process. With my mechanical engineering background and expertise with computer modeling I am able to make precision aerobars using a unique molding process for each part I produce. You’ve never seen anything like it.
I have deep experience in delivering unique solutions to engineering problems in my career as a mechanical engineer in various fields including automation and manufacturing. I am taking advantage of this broad experience to merge multiple design and manufacturing philosophies into a unique design and process to produce custom engineered cycling components.
Everything is included in the price of the Scenario Seven aerobars: shipping, consultation, measuring, 2 fit iterations and the final carbon parts. Repeat fabrications and later modifications at 50% or less than the original fee.
If you, for any reason, are unhappy with your completed aerobars, we will make minor modifications or replacements for $200 and major modifications or replacements will be at a reduced rate of less than 50% of your original quote. (If they arrive damaged we will replace them at no cost to you.)
